Whether your student is completely new to ASL or ready to continue their language studies, our middle and high school courses provide a clear pathway for learning American Sign Language.
Students may begin with ASL 1 at any point during middle or high school, regardless of prior experience. The courses are designed to take students from foundational vocabulary and sentence structure to increasingly confident, real-world communication skills.
Each self-paced course includes video lessons, projects, quizzes, video assignments with personalized teacher feedback, and opportunities for live support throughout the year. Students develop both receptive and expressive skills while learning ASL grammar, Deaf culture, and practical communication strategies.
Courses may be taken individually or as part of a multi-year ASL sequence.
Available Courses:
- ASL 1 – No prior ASL experience required
- ASL 2 – Completion of ASL 1 or equivalent experience
